On our infrastructure webinar, Lucy Waruingi, Executive Director of the African Conservation Centre, spoke about the exciting progress of the Development Corridors Partnership.
The Development Corridors Partnership brings together partners from Tanzania, Kenya, China and the UK to build capacity so development corridor decision-making can be based on sound scientific evidence and effective use of planning tools and procedures. This process aims to improve the rigour, relevance and quality of interdisciplinary corridor research and build capacity to plan and develop corridors that are more sustainable, resilient and inclusive.
Lucy's colleague Tobias Nyumba here offers a more detailed presentation about the work. Comments welcome below!
